The room was excellent. The bathroom was a bit dated, but it was still great. The pool was nice. The area outdoors behind the pool was very I maintained. It would have been nice to be able to lay in the sun after a dip in the pool. Having said that, it wasn't a feature I was aware of before booking, so it was not a loss. We will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel for family trip to Sandbanks.

Fourth time at this hotel for our Sandbanks vacations and we’re always very happy there. Great service, kids love the breakfast (Viva the waffles) and the pool, room is super clean and comfortable. We often recommend this hotel to our friends. My ecological-conscious side is where I’m a little bit tickled: compost option would be great and replacing the plastic and paper dishes at breakfast for reusable ones would make a great difference. I strongly appreciate the EV charger but since there is only one, it is sometimes an issue if it’s occupied. That being said, great experience and we’ll go back again on our next trip.

We have a dog with us and we hoped the room is well cleaned (since it's a "pet" room). And we found the room is really clean et we've been really satisfied. There's no carpet in the room and the breakfast is great. Yes, it's probably an old hotel renovated but the the cleaness is above average!

Stayed overnight as part of a broader trip. The staff would prefer we hadn’t. Room was ok, clean enough, so the stay was decent value. The bar is opened on request from the front desk staff (don’t bother them). The pool was warm, good fun. The hot tub was hot, but could use an update/clean.
