It was ok They had trouble getting me checked in said they couldn’t find my booking so my kids had missed the pool they had to wait until the morning for it to open which was fine but when I asked about late check out at 6am I was told yes but when I came back down to the desk later I was told I was too late and I had to hurry up and pack my things while the kids were in the pool not fun and all night the kids across from us ran the halls knocking on doors and being extremely loud so we were up late and had to check out early. Nice hotel for kids overall a lot of little perks but they asked for a deposit at check in and I didn’t know I could’ve added a birthday package for my daughter. The kids had fun.

We have been to a few great wolf lodges, all pretty similar. The water park and games are always fun and worth the stay. However, this time I paid the extra for late checkout and had staff come into our room 3 separate times to see if we were out yet when we still had hours before check out, they should have refunded me the extra money for having staff walk in on us showering and getting ready when we clearly had paid for extra time.
