The Best L in town

Very affordable place to stay, great amenities. Rooms are very spacious & comfortable. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby to check out. Nearby park, great for children.The L motel is a very convenient place to stay. I would highly recommend if coming to the flagstaff area. :)

Should have gone with my gut on this as my last stay here sucked. The price was right however, compared to other options, so I gave it a second chance. The bed was comfy but that’s about it. This place needs major renovations and repairs. Felt like I was staying in a squatters den. Should have just saved my money and slept in my vehicle.

We stayed in a one bedroom unit so ine bed had a door. The room was clean and spacious. Many things including the toilet roll holder were broken, but the room worked. The air conditioner was in the one room so the door couldnt be closed or else the rest of the room was too hot. The towels were also dingy. The neighborhood is within walking distance to many restaurants so that was nice.

Met by the owner who was very approachable and friendly , room had a new bathroom , heated floor and best shower we have had in our first week , convenient location on route 66 large tv fridge and microwave , outside a little tired but overall great value for money thank you

Run down, unclean

This spot looks terrible outside & inside isnt much better. We arrived, checked in and went into the room then immediately realized the hotel wasnt clean enough and posed a possible health risk to a family member who had a transplant. The room looked run down and the bathroom was even worse. We immediately contacted customer service to cancel the trip and we went to another hotel. We left so quickly i didnt even take photos of the room.

Just ont dirty stinky paper roll in an horrible bathroom .. Entire room smell like heavy cleaning produc. Food from the other custumer in a dirty refrigerator. Drawer with trash from the last visitor .. Towel smell clean but looks all dirty . At least beds were clean ..

Exterior of property is run-down. Room was clean but in need of a make-over. Area felt safe and was reasonably quiet. At $43/night, you get what you pay for.

Mid

A basic motel. The property is old, and definitely looks. The room was very clean, despite the age of the buildings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water was hot and the water pressure good in the shower. The family room with 3 beds was super convenient for our larger family. The downside: old furnaces and poor insulation meant that it was hard to keep the room from being either too hot or too cold. The mattress I slept on was uneven (had a deep indent on one side), but I was super comfy in it with the pillows arranged perfectly. Also the bathroom didn't have good ventilation and ended up very wet from steam. Overall, the price was low but our stay was fine. For a cheap place to crash after snowboarding, it worked.

While the outside is rough the inside of the room had been remodled and was comfortable. There is no phone to contact front office and they only gave us one towel & wash cloth set even though they knew there was going to be three guests.
