This is a good value for the money, and internet works well. Close to downtown but not in easy walking distance. No frills, but does have microwave & minifridge.

It’s was an alright stay!

It was alright stay. The place is very old and needs a lot of fixing but it was quiet. The room could use some chairs and a side table. Also could use a coat rack instead of dumping coats on the bed as you get it the room. But we had 3 queen beds in our room.

Just ont dirty stinky paper roll in an horrible bathroom .. Entire room smell like heavy cleaning produc. Food from the other custumer in a dirty refrigerator. Drawer with trash from the last visitor .. Towel smell clean but looks all dirty . At least beds were clean ..

Met by the owner who was very approachable and friendly , room had a new bathroom , heated floor and best shower we have had in our first week , convenient location on route 66 large tv fridge and microwave , outside a little tired but overall great value for money thank you

Staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel was cheapest in area. We only stayed 2 nights while visiting the grand canyon so didnt spend to much time in room, it wasnt the cleanest and some of the motel itself is ran down but the room was good enough to sleep and shower, no complaints on that. This isn't the ritz but it works and the staff being extremely friendly helps.

A basic motel. The property is old, and definitely looks. The room was very clean, despite the age of the buildings. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The water was hot and the water pressure good in the shower. The family room with 3 beds was super convenient for our larger family. The downside: old furnaces and poor insulation meant that it was hard to keep the room from being either too hot or too cold. The mattress I slept on was uneven (had a deep indent on one side), but I was super comfy in it with the pillows arranged perfectly. Also the bathroom didn't have good ventilation and ended up very wet from steam. Overall, the price was low but our stay was fine. For a cheap place to crash after snowboarding, it worked.

While the outside is rough the inside of the room had been remodled and was comfortable. There is no phone to contact front office and they only gave us one towel & wash cloth set even though they knew there was going to be three guests.

Curtain barely covered the window. Bed felt like an air mattress with metal in it. The smell of cleaner was so stong coughed all night. The bathroom fixtures weren't attached or didn't work .shower curtain couldn't open properly to protect the floor from flooding.
