Nice but needs work.

This hotel was the best deal I could find in this area that offered comp. breakfast and free parking. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the river view is lovely. However, this is an older property that needs a lot of upgrades and repairs, especially the televisions that aren't internet capable, the a/c that's really loud, and the pool that appears to have been out of commission for a long, long time.

Keep your expectations low.....

A very poorly kept hotel - So many things not working, from the microwave to the TV remote. Very old and tired, poor plumbing. The location is good though, you can walk to the Westfield shopping mall, there is a shuttle to the airport, and for Seattle, this is not bad. Just keep your expectations low.....as David Sedaris describes it - a make your own waffles hotel....the front desk people were nice too. My room was noisy, the roof was hanging down in front of the window and the pool was a lurid shade of green....having said all that, it was okay if you just need a budget friendly place to stay...i
