Well presented property all in close proximity of local eatiries, shopping and transport. Staff are well presented and helpful. They provide a good diverse breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again on my return to Pattaya.

Good hotel with some small annoyances

It’s a decent hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area. It’s a little dated and has some small annoyances such no electric outlet near the bed. Also, switching off the master switch will literally shut off all electricity, meaning your appliances won’t charge overnight.

Very solid hotel; the rooms were nice, facilities & amenities good, front desk was flexible, very good breakfast, good location. No complaints at all. I rate this 5 star given international travel, probably 4 star in the US. Quiet rooms. My only nitpick might be the somewhat dark walkway from the main street up the hotel driveway to the entrance (there's not a walking path).

Decent hotel with friendly staff. Much weared old hotel. More like 3 stars. Lot of little ants in the room which was quite disscusting. Noisy aircon which was not working properly. Good breakfast. Pool area has limited amount of sun beds to bade in sun since pool area is between buildings. Same reason pool water is freezing. Surrounding area is good.
