I loved the hotel and how nice everything was, the breakfast was fulfilling to get your day started ! However when I arrived there were no luggage carts, and I do not like paying valet due to a bad experience and the other alternatives weren’t good options due to a lot of people walking at night. overall it was a nice stay for birthday and I had a room on the 9th floor with a great view !

This is a nice hotel with a good location to downtown Nashville. We were able to walk to downtown but know that you will be passing some sketchy areas. The amenities were nice and the breakfast was standard for a hotel. I was really frustrated with parking though bc it was $57 a night for the weekend after fees and tax. Also know that the lobby is on the fifth floor so it was just really inconvenient to go from floor to floor especially when one of the elevators stopped working.

The hotel location is convenient since it is near the downtown. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. On the other hand, the entrance was dirty, it looked like there was a dry vomit around the trash can. A lot of small flies at the entrance and front desk. In our room we found an empty Gatorade bottle under the sofa, and the plates had food scraps on them.

The hotel itself was nice. Location to downtown was good. Breakfast was really good and the staff at breakfast were great. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. $50 per day plus tax. We stayed a total of 32 hours at the hotel and paid $116 in parking fees! Probably consider another hotel when we’re in Nashville again.
