Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa was an excellent resort. We were lucky enough to get rooms which were close to all of the facilities. Staff was excellent! Food was good and there were many choices of restaurants. The Spa was fabulous! Had a great time!

Great resort! If you’re looking for some quiet time, make sure you book with the preferred club benefits so you can access the adult only pool. Pros: nice grounds, quick bar service, several restaurants, Hotel Indigo roof top bar and pool is amazing (extra cost), very clean Cons: small buffet, adult only pool requires preferred status, swing bar closes early, lots of seaweed on beach

Amazing resort. Upgrade to Indigo is highly recommended. Traveled with our 4 year old daughter. There was much for her to do, she loved the kids club, and always could find something to eat. We will be back!

It was a quick getaway for my wife and I to celebrate our birthdays. We really enjoyed the relaxing nature of laying by the pool and enjoying the sun, the convenience of the snack and meal options and the staff was lovely the whole stay! Would definitely return in the future!

I Don’t Want To Leave - this resort owes me nothin

I am still in the lobby dreading that this is the end of my week long vacation. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I took advantage of spa treatments by Maira, an excellent massage therapist, Cecia and Raphael who managed my hydrotherapy sessions, the manager and duty - Carlos, who made sure I had reservations to a few restaurants to ensure seating was avail for my family even on short notice. All of the wait staff were phenomenal. My room was well kept with turn down service twice. Eduardo at the Blue Water Grill was a fun server that helped us on our last day. I LOVE this place and everything about it. Though the food is lack luster, the ambiance and friendly, welcoming staff would be why I choose this resort again. I’d just be sure to do the preferred club and focus on served meals rather than the buffet.

Dreams Sapphire resort was an amazing experience. Staffs are friendly and always there to help you. They’re all inclusive includes a lot of amenities, restaurants. They host a lot of events to keep their guests entertained. We found the resort very clean and well equipped.
