Stay away, hotel is changing hands, room was dirty, no onternet during 2 night stay, electric plugs dudnt work, no tissues, no toiletries, kitchen had no dishes or silverware, phonecdidnt work, just plain distributing for the monies i paid, they didnt care, told me it would be fixed, it wasnt, no one available to talk to at checkout couldn't get a receipt for stay .

The only issue that we had was not the hotels fault. When we arrived, we were told that the Wi-Fi had gone out and that it was being worked on. Only real issue that this caused was we had to use our hotspot for computer work for our daughters homework and we had to keep getting the key reset for our rooms.

Stayed for 4 days and never had internet. I needed it to work so I was very disappointed. When I ask when we might have it all I got from two different personnel was “I don’t know”. I guess if they didn’t know that was a good answer. But I could tell they could care less.

No Wake up call, no driver for airport shuttle!!

Check in was good but when I told the girl at the desk I would need an airport shuttle at 4:15 am she said, "just come down" I said you have someone waiting she said "yeah" I asked for a wake up call at 3:45 am. Fortunately, I set an alarm because I never got the wake up call! I would have missed my flight!! When I got to front desk there was no driver! Thank God for Kal who was maning the front desk. After trying to get a driver from the hotel next door with no luck. He drove us to the airport!! Unfortunately, the property is no longer a Hilton but IGA under new ownership. The new management is aware of these issues but obviously doesn't care. The rooms were clean and comfortable but Beware if you are staying because it's close to airport!!

Overall good stay

Overall, we had a great stay! The room was under-stocked in towels & bedding, but the front desk staff were mostly helpful. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the floor. There are absolutely NO dishes, pots, pans...NOTHING. There is a nearly full-sized fridge and freezer, which was great! The facilities were clean, but not in great working order (leaking sink in both kitchenette & bath tub). Trash was never emptied, unless I set it out in the hallway. No housecleaning is done during the stay. Still, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Although it is pet-friendly, I was happy that there were no odors and it was well-maintained. I would bring my pet in the future. The breakfast was a C-...only cereal, yogurt, a small selection of bread, and watered-down "juice". No protein. No pancakes, waffles, etc. Anyone with dietary restrictions are not able to eat much. There is a grill available on the patio, and that worked fantastic. The pool area is clean. All the common areas are clean and spacious. The bottom floor, near the exit, smelled terribly of marajuana, which was unpleasant. Nonetheless, it was overall, a good stay. I would stay here again, but come better prepared.
