Great location friendly staff room was clean and comfortable nice variety of items for breakfast great location to see bears in the stream right outside of the hotel. Our only complaint is tight parking space,slow elevators especially during the day when cleaning staff is going between floors and the bed height, I’m 5’2 and had a difficult time getting into bed. All in all would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and room were very clean. Hotel was close to major attractions but one street back from the main parkway which made it quiet. Staff was very helpful, and the continental breakfast was very good! You should take note of the additional charge for parking, that is understandable, as parking in the area is at a premium. Main areas are within walking distance, and a free trolley stop is right next to the Hotel entrance.

Nice hotel to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg, making it a close walk to many attractions. Good hot and fresh breakfast. The pool was my family’s favourite amenity of the hotel. Indoor/ outdoor with a swim under wall to go between the 2, cascading rock waterfall, and a small but very fun slide. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and updated for an older property. Location was amazing, you could walk to everything in Gatlinburg. We even saw a bear in the river outside of our room. Only complaint was that the Front desk check in was slow. Lots of people in line waiting to check in due to a military convention and it should have been quicker and more efficient.
