Have always been staying at Pullman for my business trips and enjoyed the great location. But this time room 2501 was newrest to thenloft we could hear the rumbling of the lift everytime it moved. Also the aircon temp could not be adjusted. It was already set to 29 degrees but the room temp was 21. We hope some improvements can be made co we still really like this hotel.

Unprofessional

doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking. Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust. I will not stay here again.
