A quaint stay in Reno

Room was clean and stocked with dishes and appliances free to use in our suite/studio . I was very impressed with how clean the room was and spacious it was . The gym was my favorite part , it was small but it had everything you needed for a good workout. The pool area and sauna were also nicely kept and fun to use as well. Parking can be tricky, but once I discovered you can park on Hill Street it made it much easier. I also liked the semi private entrance and exit of the building.

We found a cockroach on the “kitchen” counter. It was disgustingly dirty, at least 10 health code violations and safety violations. There was a huge hole in the wall behind the elevator control panel, no parking for trucks, unsafe location. I took my family out of there as fast as I could.

Don’t stay here, you’ll regret it

The first room the gave me was dirty, ac didn’t work and it had a connecting ro the was open and made us feel us unsafe. I ended up sliding the sofa need in front of it and they provided me with 2 fans since they couldn’t switch my room. Bed was uncomfortable, coffee maker was dirty

We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. The pictures are false and misleading. The upholstery and carpet were ripped and stained with a sloped floor. There was also a strong odor throughout the room. We are fighting to get a refund but have been met with resistance from hotels.com who received our original payment. The front desk gentleman that worked mid shift was AMAZING!! That was it! The pictures are absolutely nothing like posted. DON NOT, I repeat DO NOT open the pull out couch! I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep on that pullout couch. It had mold and I’m hoping dirt… The TVs were the smallest TVs I have ever found in a room and that’s even bringing in Motel 6. My shower water would not get lukewarm the carpet smelled the shower tiles were falling off. Seriously walking back into 1980s and nothing has ever been fixed or upgraded in this place. The pool I will say was really nice but again the rooms are horrible!

This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno

No ac

Property is advertised with ac. Old rooms only have heat. No ac. I noticed lack of ac on the 2nd night. The next day I complained and was moved to a newer room but its ac didn’t work either. Finally room #3 had ac. I chose the place because it has a sauna. The sauna is old, with visible repairs. It was very clean, and management was very responsive and offered to refund my $10/night resort fees. Rooms were very clean but everything was obviously worn.
