This is a comfortable place to stay in a mid price range. I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast- which is normally a highlight- as the gluten free bread was below the usual standard. Also the hotel was looking dusty and dirty - especially viewed from the elevator. Elevators are currently being refurbished so a good time to clean all those ledges and shelves!

It was ok but I was waiting at least for a congratulations on my birthday, not even mentioned… and other hotels even a present have given me. It was my65 birthday and my husband took me to the musical. Very conviniéndole to be close to the Opera. Time to check in 4pm if you’d out earlier there is a 200 Kr fee

Cons: Bed is not very comfortable : a small hump in the middle forcing one to sleep on the edge. Bathroom wall has mold/mildew on it. No mini fridge. Restaurant menu average No welcome water Pros: Very conveniently located Very friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast, although bacon and veggies are barely warm. They made me fried eggs - Thank you.

Snyggt och prydligt efter att vi sagt till att vi ville ha bäddat och städat som man numera måste göra som på många andra hotell. Hiss renovering gjorde att det var långa köer upp och ner.

Vi var skuffet over morgenmaden. Vi fandt hår i maden. Der var dårlig akustik og kaotisk stemning. Ingen sprit som vi først så på vej ud og de var tomme. Med så mange mennesker ville det have været rart at der sprittes inden buffeten. Maden ok men ikke noget særligt. Kaffemaskine dårlig placeret i et hjørne, med kø og mange mennesker.

Skøn morgenmads buffet, flinkt personale og gode senge. Beskidt på væggene på de to værelser vi fik. Noget brunt der ikke var vasket ned og bussemænd. Receptionen blev kontaktet. Selvom receptionen fik informationen, tror jeg ikke rengøringen forstod beskeden, da det brune stas og bussemænd fik lov til at blive på det ene værelse.

Rigtig fint værelse, men vi blev vækket midt om natten banken og spark og hiv i håndtaget på vores dør, da vi prøvede at ringe til receptionen, var der ikke nogen der tog telefonen, selvom der står de er der 24/7.
