The views are amazing. There was an incident which we sought to be remedied through a mid stay survey from the property and asked to be contacted as it was a safety issue and the property did not reach out or follow through. The rooms are showing their age and the water was always luke warm. The staff were attentive and the green spaces looked immaculate. All of this though was tainted by the safety concern not being addressed which impacted several guests.
