Intet personale i receptionen, ved vores ankomst. Måtte 2 gange rykke for drikkevarer, der var bestilt i baren, i hvilken forbindelse, der skulle ledes, for at finde personale, der undskyldte med, at pgl. skulle finde en, som kunne hjælpe. Ved morgenmaden, var der ikke brød til alle. Man savnede en , der havde overblikket og styr på det stakkels unge personale, som skulle høre på utilfredse gæster. Værelset var fint og hotellet ligger centralt i dejlige omgivelser. Grundet for lidt synligt personale og en dårlig oplevelse ved morgenmaden, ville jeg ikke vælge samme hotel igen

Skøn oplevelse, lækker morgenmad men manglede Fernet Branca, det elsker min mand. Behagelig musik i lounge områderne/barsektionen. Manglede rigtig pejs og ikke kun pejs på storskærm.

Vi fik et værelse der kun var adskilt af en aflåst dør til værelset ved siden af. Der var meget lydt så vi kunne høre alt hvad der foregik på det andet værelse. Hvilket ikke var så rart. Vi har overnattet på hotellet flere gange før og har aldrig haft sådan en oplevelse før.
