Love the spaciousness of the cabin. There’s also a compact public bath that is perfect for a night dip before sleep. Checking in was quick & efficient. 24hr konbini nearby. The dining rest area is quiet & cosy. Will definitely come here for my morning flight home if I visit OSAKA again.

Very good if you have a late night arrival in Kansai or an early flight the next day. There are many food options around and the sleeping area is kept very quiet. The bathroom has a communal bathing area and individual showers.

Love the capsul hotels! Cozy, safe and just steps from my boarding gate. Get the slightly larger business class one- comes with a little table and enough room for luggage. I enjoyed the bath with the Onsen and all the lovely soaps and shampoos.

Clean space with very helpful staff, most of whom spoke English. Bathrooms were very clean and modern with everything you need, even face wash, hairbrushes, toothbrush etc. The positives are that it is very conveniently located and a good option after a long flight. The beds were quite firm but for the price and convenience this is something you can look past.

Great option for a night at the airport

This is an almost capsule hotel. I suggest booking the larger cabin, it is quite comfortable, actually. The smaller cabins are traditional capsules, too cramped. First Cabin Hotel is a great budget alternative if you need to spend a night at the airport. The hotel has an onsen and all the traditional Japanese hotel add-ons.

5-minute walking distance to the airport. Very well managed. All the travel necessities are provided so you can take showers, charge your phones, and have a quiet sleep. The only thing I would suggest is the bed cushion is a little thing so it took me some time to adjust. Overall 5-start experirence.

Convenient

At terminal 1 of Kansai airport - you just have to go downstairs to catch a shuttle bus to Terminal 2. Very convenient for early morning flights. There's an onsen in the shower area. Decent wifi. There's a convenience store and restaurants in the building for dinner/breakfast

Front desk service was professional and good. Property is clean and there is no external noise. However cabins are not soundproof, so hear every steps and movement from the neighbours. And as name suggests, it’s a typical cabin to lie down or even sleep if you can. Toilets /baths are in a different floor so not convenient to walk round if you need to use them. It’s much convenient for those who need a couples of hours rest between flights or a short wait for a pick up or travel to mainland.

OK for an airport but unclean and noisy

Unfortunately the bed was way too hard from an European’s preferences. The room was OK but not cleaned properly. The guest who lived next to me didn’t follow the rules and kept making noises throughout the night, e.g making calls, watching videos. I wish the isolation between the rooms was better. What improved the stay was the shared bathroom which had good facilities, and the kind staff. Would pick another hotel option if sleep is important to you.

Just need a place for a few hours.

I was in a position where my flight was departing at 00:40, and i didn't want to hang about an airport for 4 or 5 hrs with no place to relax. Overall very good experience. Choice of to types of pods, first class and business class pod. First class is good as you can keep your luggage with you and the bed is slightly bigger. Perfect for any last mine luggage organisation. Food and drink are not to be consumed in the pods, there is a small communal area for that. One factory to consider is Check-in time 5pm, Check-out 10am. I believe there are rates for short stays. Departing on the curtesy of your fellow travellers but noise can be a problem. Plenty of free amenities available at the from desk. If l was in a similar situation i would definitely stay here again. There is a different section for men and women, not sure if couple have opinions. Thank you First class Cabin

This is a sort of capsule hotel, but far roomier than those usually are, especially if you pay a small bit more for the first class "cabins". Especially if you arrive at KIX too late to get to your final destination, or are leaving very early in the morning, it's a bargain rate place to crash for the night. All facilities were spotlessly clean and in good shape. The Japanese bath felt wonderful after 20 hours of travel! Women's and men's areas are completely separate and not accessible to each other. The only drawback is that there's no insulation from noise of others walking by, moving around in their areas, etc. which can result in a very early morning. Earplugs might be a good thing to bring along! Oh, and no food or drink allowed in the "cabins", but there's a small lounge area near the reception area that was equipped with a microwave and tables for dining. Very comfortable, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
