Breakfast offerings were minimal, so we ate most of the time at Denny's. Would be nice to have shuttle service to the airport. But, of course, your rates were cheap enough to offset those items.

Great location if you are going to the US Consulate, just a short walk. Dining options close by as well as a shopping mall. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. The hotel in general is quite outdated and needs some changes

Location is perfect if you are going to the USConsulate. The staff is very nice and helpful at check in, cleaners, and continental breakfast. The continental breakfast is very good. The property needs to update the carpet, elevators, ice machines and add minimum amenities. The carpet in our room was very dirty but general areas are ok.

Overall it was an okay stay. Breakfast is good, you just have to get there early in order to get a table, the staff was nice, only thing I couldn’t stand was the stank all over the hallway and inside room. It was a funky smell I’m not sure if it was the carpet but OMGGGGG horrible.

The hotel needs to be upgraded everything about it needs a make over also it’s very dark the outside lights don’t work there needs to be more lighting. Hotel is falling apart. The only good thing I got to say is s that the staff for suburb, very professional & humble.

Positive reviews: beds are very comfortable. Personal is friendly. We had to prolong our stay and they were very helpful. Cleaning service is very nice and friendly. Room and bathroom are good size. Very close(walking distance) to American consulate and plaza. Free breakfast. In overall, good and safe place to stay. Need to improve: carpet smells. Internet connection, breakfast was very salty most of the days, need to add toast, yougurt, cereal, granola, waffles. Add coffee all day 😊 not just for breakfast. Maybe open a deli restaurant for lunch and dinner.
