The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was nice too. AC worked very well. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels for our party of three. Elevator worked well and was a pleasing to have use of. The only negative was the need for a plumbing repair to the toilet fill valve, which was leaking, constantly running at a slow flow, but did flush the toilet. I would also add that the tub bottom was slippery and would benefit from some anti-slip strips. The iron and board were helpful. The continental breakfast was adequate for our needs. Overall a good room at a fair price.

Upside, the staff was very helpful and nice. Downside, the tea and coffee in the room was dusty and water logged, the lotion and soap looked sketchy, the sink had no stopper, and the bed creaked and felt lopsided. The parking lot was an unshoveled and treacherous to walk to the door. Not great overall.

It was a good stay overall. Room was nice and clean. Reserved a ing size bed room but was given a twin bed room for the same rate because they didn't have any Oreo king room and it was fine. Service was great and also had free breakfast. Only problem as that water was warm and not hot which led to a quick shower. Told front desk lady upon check out and she said that she told her boss that he needs to turn up the water heat because she was getting complaints about the water temperature but he never had. Which if you want a hot shower and don't get one it's a little upsetting. All around it was a good stay

We stayed for a total of 2 nights, the staff was sparse but kind, I think they only have one person there 24 hours and that one person has to do everything, the housekeeping also. the rooms are dirty, lots of dust and such behind the bed and bedside stand, but no bed bugs in our room, one room smelled terrible and we were moved, it was quiet, and the breakfast was ok but no bagels, the coffee was lightly colored water. Very disappointed considering.

Bathroom needs updating. Grabs bars were pulling out of the wall shower enclosure. No towel bars. No microwave (there was one in the dining area) or refrigerator. Room was clean except for the stink bug invasion.
