Who needs five stars?

Our Deluxe King room is spacious and comfortable. The location is walkable to everything in the adorable town of Sandpoint. The woman who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was a bit noisy, as it is downtown, but we would stay here again for sure.

I enjoyed the location and being able to walk to the bakery and antique stores. The staff were friendly; however, they were unable to help with the scorching hot showers, and the three of us were not able to shower. The pillows were very thick, which made them uncomfortable. I believe the place may have been undergoing renovations, so this might not be a concern moving forward.

Maintenance and housekeeping step it up!

Unfortunately the room we had issues. And heard other people that stayed had been unhappy, uncleaned and broken toilets too. We had old sad pillows, toilet seats broken and remote control for tv was moody. Front desk didn't mention housekeeper only clean room every 3 days. I bit weird..this hotel was big and in 3 buildings on one street.
