Arrived for a friends birthday Was quickly checked in and asked to pay. After paying we were told there is no restaurant available and possibly no bar due to hotel going into administration. Due to the location there is no other options around for food so we asked for a refund. This wasn’t possible. Thankfully after a lot of back and forth with the hotel, I was issued a refund.

A fantastic gidden gem of a hotel, everything about the Dunalistair is fantastic. The hotel was completely refurbished 7-8yrs ago yet looks like it was done last month. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We are already planning a second visit!
