Nice room with a view of Gamla Stan and central Stockholm, and a six lane highway and two railway bridges. Thankfully, the room was quiet, hardly any noise from the heavy traffic, though the headboard of the bed rattled slightly from the trains.
Very efficient air-conditioning.
Quite opulent marble bathroom with a bathtub. Not easy access. No shower cap or other appliances that you often find and could expect at a Hilton, but soap and shampoo.
The bed was really nice and firm, and we slept very well, which, after all, is the most important thing. The room seemed clean but had a faint whiff of vomit after cleaning, which might be a sign that the mop should have been changed, or the vacuum cleaner needs a good clean. (The smell didn't linger, thankfully.)
There is access to a small gym, which iwas cramped with appliances and not very clean. Treadmills sticky with old sweat and such. Not what you would expect.
Breakfast was ok, not great. I've had much better for less money elsewhere in Stockholm.
The staff were professional, but I didn't experience the normal standard of being made welcome that you generally do in Sweden. I suppose I shall go somewhere else for that next time.
