Outstanding Property

From the moment of arrival at the El Paso International Airport and the shuttle service driver Raul picked us up from the Radisson Hotel, we couldn’t be more pleased. The hotel lobby was comfortable and inviting and the front desk service made us feel so welcome. The facility was busy with dedicated employees that reflected in well maintained grounds and hotel rooms. The Radisson is a definite contender the next time we visit the El Paso area.

Stayed with my family for one night. The pools are pretty packed! And everyone is drinking out of glass bottle. We didn’t mind. My kids made friends. Room was cheap and fit 6 of us comfortably! Rooms are plain but have a mini fridge and microwave. Clean enough.

The front desk gave us keys to another room someone was already staying in. We tried opening the door to the surprise of someone already in the room. We went back to the desk and they just said there no record of anyone staying in that room . Everything inside the room outdated and worn down. Definitely not worth the price

it was very difficult to find a parking spot, the inside swimming area was not working and it was one of the thing that we choose this hotel, No breakfast, and the front desk people was not friendly. We stay but not very happy with the hotels. Radisson is a very important hotel but they can do better to get more customer satisfied
