We needed a place for one night to rest during a long trip. It was clean and had a simple breakfast (no hot table, hard boiled eggs were the only protein), which met our basic needs. It was expensive for what we got (but in line with the cost of hotels in Thunder Bay in July).

Supportive environment

Here to visit gravely ill sister in law in ICU. Staff very understanding. Met our needs. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast satisfactory but still need to bring own gluten free and lactose free items. This is a repeat stay when coming to Thunder Bay so aware of dietary challenges. Still pleased to stay here.

Surprised

I was surprised that the tap in the bathroom made so much noise and resisted being opened. Additionally, another surprise came when the tube barely let the shower water out. And one lamp in the room kept going on and turning off all on its own. The bed was comfortable.
