The room was disgusting. Dirty toilet, hair all over the bathroom, filthy walls and headboard. The only good thing about the room was the AC actually working, but even then it was extremely loud and the unit made noises. I would definitely recommend staying pretty much anywhere else, and normally we do but college graduation had the town booked up

The room was very nice. The staff was friendly, but I could not quite understand what they were saying through their accent. The breakfast was unfortunately bare minimum. No hot foods. No yogurt. No fresh fruit. Just a few muffins and juice and awful tasting coffee.

1. Shower ceiling is leaking and pieces of ceiling are in tub 2. Toilet is broken and moves when you sit on it 3. Free breakfast is cereal and tiny store muffins (juice dispenser only had water). No hot food or fruits 4. Foyer is filled with slot machines and dirty looking 5. Area around hotel is sketchy 6. Only amenity in room is one tiny bottle of shampoo

When I got to my room there was a chicken nugget and plastic on the floor by the bed. The breakfast was not what I expected, there were two different kinds of cereal and muffins. I was under the impression that I would have been able to sit down to eat breakfast and it was more along the lines of a to go breakfast. Overall it was a pretty decent place.

There was an issue with the clock radio and the front desk person offered to come to my room and address the problem. He fixed it the best he could. Wyndham has decided to save money they would only provide housekeeping to a room every 3 days. So if you are staying 3 nights or les, you will never receive any housekeeping.

Sounded like someone tried to break into our room around 1am waking up every one in our room. At 5 am the batteries in the smoke detector died, so we had to endure an 2 hours of that lovely noise while we were getting ready to check out. No ice machine on our floor. Had to go all the way down to the lobby for ice.

We he e stayed here times before since my daughter goes to IUP. While those time it was ok and we just only slept there. This time same thing just slept there and they had bed bugs. I was itch the next day with red spots. I came home and went to doc and he confirm we they were bed bugs. I called and wanted to at least alert them that room 316 had bedbugs. I asked to speak with a manager because I told them that we had stayed there multiple times and this has never happened and I wanted to speak to somebody. My main concern was to make sure that they took care of it and no one else had the same experience I had no one has ever called.

The property is very old and in disrepair (safe didn’t work, dead flies on bathroom floor, some walls had roughly patched holes) and the breakfast was not something we would eat. There was a wrestling tournament in town, so everything else was fully booked. I travel a lot and this was the worse by far. Do not recommend unless desperate for a roof over your head. Sorry.
