We were a late night check-in, and then we had a problem with the room! The staff handled the problem quickly and efficiently -- they got us a new room right next door, so the move was easy and painless! The room was clean! And the breakfast in the morning was good!

Nice, clean room. We booked a one-night stay and ended up booking an extra night, and the front desk clerk was very helpful and was even able to let us keep the same room. This hotel is very close to some excellent scenery and hiking trails. Colorado National Monument is not even five minutes away, and it's a must-see.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay. Room was clean. Older with stain on carpet, but bathroom and beds were clean. Had to put $30.00 charge on credit card for incidentals. Was removed after stay. Breakfast had limited choices and limited seating. Elevator to get to second floor. Fine for one night stay. Places to eat close by.

Room smelled bad, carpet was atrocious. Found a dead bedbug in the sheets. Furniture was broken. Overhead light was just hanging on the wire. People hanging around outside and sleeping in the parking lot. We left.

Hotel was clean. Housekeeper didn't understand English, so had to speak to front desk about things needed. More interested in new clients than people staying longer. Bed comfy. Situated at convenient spot for food and highways. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again.
