The Mariposa is under repair. Stopped at 5 pm, did not start until after 8 am next day. Restaurant service sucked. We were seated then the waiter went off without a drink order or leaving a menu to wait on another table. After 15 minutes we left for another nearby restaurant (Ragazzi) where food and service were excellent.

I liked that this hotel is very close to Safeway and a few other food options. I did not like that I was given a key to a room with a person already in there. I was given a new key only for it not to work. After the third time it finally worked. The rooms are very run down but the beds were comfortable. If you are okay sleeping in a run down hotel for a night then stay here

Afternoon and evening front desk were marvellous..very helpful, and they are the reason I will stay here on our return from Mexico. Breakfast needs work.. bread yes, muffin yes, waffle yes, butter no, marmalade, jam etc no...so if you like warm toast with nothing on, youre well looked after...
