It was a very pleasant stay with beautiful ocean view room right with a beautiful beach . Very good breakfast, lovely with gym and swimming pool and the breakfast was amazing. The only minus was that you have to pay for parking. That was annoying.

An unforgettable night in Aarhus.

We stayed for visiting our family friend and it is our first time visit Aarhus. The hotel is right next to the infinite bridge and it has a nice pool and a beach. We were unfortunately having some unexpected accident but the night shift manager just kindly help us out. Very professional and very polite. They always has the phrase: no problem. As you wish. You really feel this is what you need for a holiday. Not super luxurious of course but is more than enough you can enjoy.

Location was brilliant by the sea. But the hotel had seen its better days long ago. Rooms, floors, carpets, corridors were dirty and disgusting. Its a pity, cause the location is marvellous. Also staff was unfriendly since the first reception communication to restautants.

If you are looking for a hotel with an aura of past glory, then this is it. In fact it too has left the premises. If you want to charge bar items to the room, that's a no "we have two different systems". Good they made it easy for themselves. If you want to drink something in your room, then what management thinks what we quest deserves are paper cups.

Vi har boet på Helnan før, og må nok indrømme at vi bedre kunne lide sea view værelserne med de små altaner, frem for dette (59) med udgang til den store fælles terasse. Selvom det var rart med højt til loftet, er udsigten forstyrret dels af et opsat hegn, og dels af det manglende privatliv som føler med værelser på denne gang.

Perfekt havsnära läge

Mysigt hotell med perfekt strandläge. Fint rum med terrass ut mot havet. Dock lyhörda rum med tröga dörrar som hördes vid stängning. Frukosten var lite dåligt utbud, men funkar ändå. Finns ej kyl på rummet, endast en liten delad kyl vid receptionen. Överlag prisvärt för avskildheten och närheten till havet.

Trist, slidt, og dårligt ledet!

Ankom fredag d. 18/7, og betalte for parkering i to døgn. Efter at have været i Tivoli Friheden med mine børn om lørdagen, kom vi hjem til en fuldstændig fyldt parkeringsplads. Måtte finde en plads på Strandvejen udenfor hotellet, hvor man faktisk kan parkere gratis. Fik IKKE refundet sidste nats parkering. Søndag morgen var der totalt kaos i morgenmadsrestauranten!! Måtte vente i kø i 10 minutter på bare at få en tallerken!! Herefter kø ved juice dispenseren, som ikke kunne følge med begge dage vi var der. Morgenmaden er middelmådig! Hotellet ligger fint hent ned til stranden, men det virker gammelt og slidt. Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale dette hotel, til den høje pris vi gav for det!!
