Our reservation was never sent to the hotel. We were stranded in downtown Savannah at midnight for over three hours until we found another hotel that had rooms. I won’t use hotels.com ever again because of the issue, I will just book directly with the hotels

Last stay at a DoubleTree ever

Location was ok. Noise from the road kept me up both nights. I did notify the front desk. They apologized and then never communicated with me again. They also never texted me re the valeted car. The walls of the hotel are paper thin. Tub has chips in it. Elevators are incredibly slow and have expired licenses. Would never stay at a DoubleTree again.
