The one good thing about our stay was the manager on duty the night we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. Morning/Day manager was pathetic. Breakfast was pathetic. Attached restaurant very expensive and has dress code. Shower was definitely showing its age. You have to climb stairs to gain access to all rooms. Never again.

Filth Redefined

I have traveled all of my life and I’m a former diplomat. By far, this was the worst stay ever in my life! If there is no other hotel in Miami, but this to sleep in, sleep in your car. I mean that. I’m still traumatized over the filth, the lack of service, the smelly rooms ( I switched rooms three times in a matter of two weeks). They do not do simple standard things like vacuuming the carpets in the guest rooms, like sanitizing the bathrooms on a daily basis, I started having nightmares that rats were running around the floor of my bed. Why did I stay as long as I did? I had no choice. I was in the middle of very important business meetings, and I just did not have to wear with all to change Hotels until all of the meetings were over.

This place was great. The hotel was well keep, super clean and great staff that would gp to great lengths for customers. Great location. Super safe. Close to the beach. Also close tp Publix and CVS as well as public transportation if you wanted to go to another city. We wpuld stay again!
