The rooms are very nice, well-appointed and updated. The grounds are pretty and the flowers beautiful. Unfortunately the food was just ok and the service at the pool and the cafe were terrible. We felt as though we were bothering them for being there.

Overall the property is very nice. The beds are not comfortable and low quantity mattresses. After two nights my back and hips were so sore. Following my two night stay, I was previously booked at the Omni in Tempe. After just one night on their bed my back and hips were back to normal. A quality mattress makes a world of difference.

Housekeeping staff came at odd hours, one day they came at 10 am and we were still in our room, they didn't come back until 5 pm which was inconvenient.
There was a conference at the resort, and those attendees clearly had preferential treatment. The breakfast restaurant didn't even give us the time of day for over 15 minutes while we were waited to be seated, we had to leave and go somewhere else in town for breakfast.
The pool and bar is great. Mostly nice servers, pretty easy to find a lounger.
Property is older but has been updated beautifully. Very serene.

Our room was wonderful and the bed fantastic. The staff is also great! However, the resort doesn't have handicapped parking. We had to pay and walk quite a distance. Hopefully they can fix this issue going forward.
