From checkin to checkout staff were very friendly and accommodating. One restaurant but as long as you have a car you're ok, as there are other restaurants nearby. Slightly dated and in need of a refresh, but still very clean. Security is around and in plain view. Coffee shop in the lobby with a small gift shop. Grocery store across the street is very convenient.

The Wyndham Reef was a lovely resort - perfect for a chill family vacation. Could snorkel right from the beach and front desk always had sports equipment to lend out for the kids. We chose Wyndham because we wanted a quiet resort with good food and they delivered on both. Food was far better than any other all-inclusive Caribbean resort we've been to, there was enough to do but you were not bombarded with activities, exactly what we needed. This resort is on the quiet side of The Cayman Islands - which is refreshing really. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly and nice and accommodating- I am a reviewer and did a lot of research before booking here (and did see some negative reviews- totally unfounded). There is a grocery store, liquor store, gift shop and excellent Italian restaurant right across the street providing anything u would need. The Resort also has a beautiful restaurant called Tides with excellent food. Can’t say enough for this Resort except I would recommend it highly!!

The staff were so amazing! Everyone was fun to talk to and just super nice! Was clean everywhere but two things would be helpful. One would be the roosters be removed , although pretty and nice they were alarm clocks for when you didn’t want to be up yet. The 2nd would be the spa was so noisy you couldn’t enjoy the jets. The concierge was super with helping you get your trip planned for all your excursions, and front desk staff were awesome too!

Enjoyed a 5 night stay recently. While the property is on the "quiet" side of the island, there were many things to do on site as well as within a 20-minute drive. Personally, we prefer the less congested East End. Georgetown and 7 Mile are too busy for us. The property met our expectations, and it was nice to open the slider and walk 15' to the beach. Staff were friendly and professional always. Only suggestion would be to put rubber or felt padding to the chair legs in the rooms as sliding them across the upper floors is readily heard downstairs. We would return and would recommend Wyndham Reef Resort for others looking for a quieter scene but still with plenty to do.

This is our go to destination for relaxation time beachside. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We have met so many amazing people here including Steven at the front desk and Samir and Russell at the beach bar. We have been there 4 times in the past 8 years and we will certainly go again as soon as life allows us. Staying on the quiet East End is a no brainer for us. Plenty to do on the East side of the island and some of the best restaurants too.
