Room was ready before check in which I appreciated after a long day of travel. There were still some wrappers left from the precious guests but overall was clean upon arrival. The room was adequate for my stay but the pillows weren’t that comfortable. My kids loved the pool with the waterfall! Overall great stay for the price!

Great property.

Great location, comfortable/clean rooms and property. Would stay here again. Very spacious, perfect for families that don’t want to be crammed into one small room. Beautiful pools, life jackets and towels available. Only “complaint” is the hot tubs were not hot at all. Overall great stay, beware the staff will attempt to rope you into listening to a timeshare presentation when you check in. Stand firm, and say no if you’re not interested.

Disappointing!

Nice place but no buffet breakfast. Lack of room toiletries (no free toothbrush or toothpaste). The cleaners missed to throw garbage.

We Always enjoy our stay here. This is our go to hotel of choice when we come to FL which is at least 4+ times per year since we have family in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and clean. For me the bed was not as comfortable as I prefer but overall good. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the pool was nice. We would stay here again.
