On arrivals the receptionist was trying to charge me when I had already paid for the reservation she was asking me how much did I pay for it and was it so cheap whilst trying to charge me an extra £60. If you’re looking for a cheap and quick stay, this place could be an option. However, as a female traveler, I was given a room on the ground floor in a separate building, which felt a bit unsafe. I wouldn’t have minded as much if the room were on the first floor, but having to go down and walk all the way to the end of the corridor was quite unsettling.
The noise levels were also an issue—walls are very thin, and other guests were loud throughout the night. On top of that, the cleaners start early, well before the 12pm checkout time, so if you’re hoping for a lie-in, forget it.
The rooms were extremely cold. While there is heating, it takes a while to warm up and gives off such a bad smell that you’d rather keep it off.
