Great 2nd stay. Check in was easy. The room access was great. The room was just enough for our 2 night stay. My pup knew her way around, as this was our 2nd stay. Will use this as my place every time I come into town.

Roach infestation. 2 roaches in the kitchen and 4 in the bathroom. Disgusting. Never again.

Front check-in desk person was the only reason it’s not a 1-2 stars across the board. Pretty run down, cabinet door missing on kitchenette cabinet, no ice machine, microwave broken in the hallway, kids running in the hall, stains on the carpet. Nigh desk person frustrated and not helpful.

At the band was comfy the room was spacious and it was clean until I ran into two roaches in the kitchen sink . I'm giving it a three star only because of the staff is wonderful.

Funky smell/Needs updating!

Property has gone seriously down hill in the past few years. I have stayed here three years in a row and it needs some work/updating to get up to par. The room had a funky smell, there was no tv remote and I could go on and on. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay next year.

A man in my room!!!

I was so fear!! I had a late check-up, so as I walked into my room by myself. A man was walking out of the bathroom. Remind you i already had lock the door behind me. His started to tell me what am I doing in his room and I told him that I just got the room too. I ran out of there, as soon as i could. The front desk gave me another room on a difference floors. But still couldn't sleep

Very disappointed

The beds were super hard and killed our backs. One of the beds had cardboard holding up one of the legs of the railings! When you sat on the end of this bed, didn't matter your size, it lifted up! My 7yr old fell when this happened to her! We even found trash left from previous guests under the bed! The bathroom had MOLD on the ceiling! We did tell the front desk about this, but we were told there were no other rooms available to change to (which the hotel didn't look packed judging by the cars). Also, maintenance had already left, so nothing could be done. We had requested extra pillows. We were told at the moment there were none available. What hotel doesn't stock extra pillows? Oh yeah, and their "grab and go" breakfast, ha! Coffee, muffin & nutragrain bar. That's it. We were very disappointed. My only compliment is to the lady at the front desk. She was super pleasant to talk to. I just wish the manager/owner would give their staff what they need to properly run a decent hotel!
