Situated near Mount D'Orford. Room was quaint. Buildings were a little dated and could use some maintenance, but they were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the fact that they had a duck pond and farm animals. We loved the area and had a wonderful hike at Marais de la riviere aux cerises.

We had a good stay here for the most part--room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and it was great to have laundry facilities available. Staff were mostly helpful and polite; however, we had issues with hot water in our room, sometimes having to let it run for more than fifteen minutes before we got hot water, and when I called the front desk to let them know I was told that this was "impossible." Otherwise it was a very positive experience.

We had a nice stay. It was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. My only complaint is that there wasn’t enough coffee in the room so we had to go to front desk for coffee. Then on the second day we wanted more coffee and when we down stairs there was none. Disappointed

Our stay was nice but the overall experience was mediocre. The game room for children was great, although the old carpet in the tv area smelled horrible and needs to be replaced. The room was okay, dust on the floors and an old pacifier from a previous guest was under the bedside table. Not all the outlets worked in the room. The bathroom was cramped and very outdated. The staff was mostly friendly and the garden and outdoor pool was the highlight. Lots of potential but definitely needs to be modernized.

Mixed experience

The front desk service left a lot to be desired — the staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming or enthusiastic, which set a disappointing tone from the start. Unfortunately, the restaurant and bar were closed during our visit, which limited our options and was a letdown. On the positive side, the spa and pools were excellent and definitely the highlight of our stay. The overall experience wasn’t what we had hoped for. While the facilities have a nostalgic charm, they feel dated and haven’t aged gracefully. With a few key improvements, this place could really live up to its potential.

We come here multiple times a year for my granddaughter. Our room on the 2nd floor was lovely, it was very clean and comfortable. We received the extra towels the were requested. The pool was wonderful, nice and warm. The outdoor hottub was excellent the indoor hottub was very nice too. The minion blow up bouncy slide was no longer in the children's playroom which was my granddaughter's favorite but they still had the other larger blow up so she played on that. It's such a big room with a lot to offer which is just fantastic for a family with children. Yes, the property is tired in places but it was very clean, quiet, it's safe, has ample parking, all the things that really matter. We will be back again soon :)

We spent three nights at Hotel Chéribourg during Ontario’s March Break and had a fantastic time. Since Quebec’s break was the week before, the hotel wasn’t too busy. This was our first time staying at Chéribourg, though we visit the Eastern Townships every year. The region never disappoints, and this hotel was an excellent choice for a family vacation. The highlight for our kids was the large game room, which offers everything from a big play structure to foosball, billiards, air hockey, bouncy castles, trampolines, a cinema, video games, and crafts table. They also have a pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs. While Chéribourg isn’t a luxury hotel, it has all the essentials for families looking to keep their kids entertained. It’s a great value for the price and our kids were absolutely thrilled with the experience. We’d definitely come back.

What hotels bills credit cards right away these days and doesn't allow changes or cancellations? Tried to cancel a few minutes after i booked it, but credit cards was billed right away and i would have lost all money. I'm sure this property was very nice at one point, but was not kept up very well and shows its age. Room was large size, good and fairly quiet A/C. Small TV with no channel guide or cable information, mildew in the tub and hard water (not filtered), with below par toiletries, no microwave, stucco falling off the walls on the outside, and staff not very friendly, and even rude when asked for assistance. We stayed 5 days and room service was inexistant. Our room was never cleaned. We contacted the front desk to ask them to clean the room and refresh towels etc after the forth day and all they did is emptied the garbage cans, no fresh towels or replaced the bed sheets. The only nice thing about this hotel and our stay is that it's located in a pristine area, but i will not go back to that hotel nor recommend it to anyone...
