Overall fairly good

Rooms were clean and neat, however the restaurant was not top notch (still not bad at all). There was an event in town over the weekend, maybe that played into it. The staff did have a lot to do. Food is included in the fee (breakfast, dinner). The water pressure in the shower was terrible, it took quite a while to rinse off all the shower gel on my body.

It could have been better.

Hotel with a certain age, bottoms of the doors tatty and broken. Old wardrobes and small rooms, I did chose it because it was close to the station but had I known it I’d chosen one close to central Uppsala. Expensive and not worth it the money. Nevertheless great great staff, polite and attentive.

I had a great stay here. It was close to staion and busses they looked after my luggage before and after my stay. I was delighted that breakfast and dinner were included in my room rate even though I hasn't booked them. All were delicious with a lot of choice. Bed was comfortable and room well equiped. Staff were great too. Spa wasnt available at the time i went but i was aware of that before booking.

I really enjoyed staying here. It was near central station but just far e out away not to see it. Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. And the lobby dining area was very cozy and inviting. And they feed you! Breakfast I expected, but fika in the afternoon and dinner was a plus. The gym/sauna wasn’t available but walking the city covered that. I am definitely recommending this to friends/fellow travelers. So easy to Gamla Uppsala ans ARN.

Friendly and convenient hotel.

Convenient hotel near the railway station, approx. a 10 minute walk to the cafes and town and 30 minutes to the cathedral. We were warmly welcomed by a gentleman upon arrival and I had already checked ahead that we could leave our luggage at the hotel before our room was ready. Delighted with breakfast with plenty of fresh juice and cold/hot buffet and Fika was wonderful! The coffee, croissants, biscuits and chocolate doughnuts were delicious. The evening meal was one dish from the buffet plus a choice of salad, breads and accompaniments. If you choice of food is small or if you have children, the menu is limited. There was food that you can purchase. Allergies were catered for if you ask the chef. The room was warm (a fan was available), clean and comfortable. Our room overlooked the main street however it was pretty quiet overnight. Do check if you book a taxi. I checked twice the day before and again on our departure morning to find it hadn't been booked. This was quickly rectified. Highly recommend. We would stay again.

Ett mysigt litet hotell nära stationen med fantastiska sängar, god frukost och middag och vänlig personal. Om man reser mycket i jobbet är detta en pärla där man verkligen kan slappna av.

Jag är tacksam för att jag fick checka in när jag kom en timme för tidigt. Frukosten är god, med pannkakor, olika smaker på yoghurt och knaprig müsli. Trevlig inredning i de gemensamma utrymmena.

Det var inte första gången vi valde detta hotell. Denna gång var det inte bara den goda servicen med fika, kvällsmat och den trevliga personalen som gjorde att vi kom tillbaka. Nej - den korta distansen till Konserthuset gjorde också sitt. Vi kommer säkert och gärna tillbaka hit

Väldigt bra och centralt hotell

Bra och rymligt rum. Stort och fint badrum. Saknade några tunnare gardiner att dra för fönsterna istället för att använda mörkläggningsgardinerna. Frukosten var fräsch och hade ett bra utbud. Middagen var god och salladsbuffén var väldigt fräsch med mycket att välja på.

Mysigt men service lämnar en del att önska.

Trevligt och mysigt hotell. Bra frukost och fina sociala ytor. Finns en fin relaxavdelning med torr och ångbastu. Jag var intresserad av ångbastun så jag bokade men när jag kom ner så var bara torrbastun igång. Tycker man kan kosta på sig att vara lite mer ”på tårna” med så pass stor konkurrens i närheten. En ny gäst som jag kommer ju inte tillbaka för att se om det blivit bättre.
