When I searched for hotels that provided transportation to and from the airport on Expedia, this hotel was listed at the top. I booked it solely for that reason to make travel easier. However, they made us pay for transportation to and from the airport which was over $80. How ridiculous as the hotel was quite expensive to begin with. I am very frustrated and will never book with this hotel again.

Disappointing experience

We were given a smoking room when we booked a non-smoking room. When we questioned the hotel reception, they insisted that it is a non-smoking room when it obviously smells like one and the house keeping staffs told us it is in fact a smoking floor/room. The hotel management insisted that non-smoking room is not available otherwise until we requested for a refund and miraculously there is a non-smoking room available for us. Wasted a lot of our time to check in. Hotel room is clean but dated. Breakfast is average. Location is not very convenient from the airport train service. Stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to Indonesia, unfortunately we have the worst experience at Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan.
