The hotel itself was good, friendly staff, nice room and breakfast, the parking situation on the other hand was absolutely awful. I was picking up a rental car from St. Pancras station and asked the front desk if it was okay to park out front while we retrieved our bags from the room. I was told it was okay for the first 20 minutes or so, there was no mention of entering the license plate number in a kiosk.
Upon returning home to the US I received notice from the rental car company that they had paid the parking ticket issued for parking at the hotel, cost me $175 with admin fees. We stayed here 3 nights in the same week, with this parking issue and hotel failing to 'find' the clothing items I inadvertently left behind on our first stay I'm pretty sure we won't be staying here again. It all just seems a little shady to me. Shame really as it's a decent hotel.
