Valentin at the front desk was so helpful! Gave us all the best food recommendations. Metro is right along the street with plenty of transportation options. Don’t plan on needing Uber or other services if you like walking. Everything we wanted to see was within 25-min walk (MAX).

The front desk staff was absolutely lovely, very eager to be of service. It was nice to return to the hotel and be greeted with a genuine smile. Breakfast was the best in all the hotels I stayed in several European cities. The matress was too firm for me but one of the lovely desk ladies ofered an extra confonforter for over the matress which helped a little. The location is excellent!

Excellent Hotel in Prager

The room is spacious and tidy. This hotel is near a big shopping mall. Many Restaurants and Supermarkets around. Reception staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Mr. Valentyn for his dedicated service to make sure guests were assisted in searching forRestaurants and shopping guides. My 7th stay in this Hotel in the pasr few years and will be back again.
