It’s always a pleasure staying at this hotel!!! The rooms are always clean and comfortable, receptionist always friendly and the Breakfast cooks are chef kiss!!! At the reception there's a steady line of people waiting to check in. It took us 30 min. The front desk doesn't pick up the phone ever, in fact, the receptionist disconnected the ringing phone as we were standing in line. Housekeeping doesn't answer the phone either. The room and bathroom were dirty, smell of pot in elevator and other places. All this for the low low price of approxi $300/ night.
