Absolutely Stunning Hotel

This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is extremely helpful. The food is delicious, but you will pay resort prices for it. They have an extensive option of food choices for the breakfast, which does come with the room. The only cons are two: 1) It is way away from water excursions and the rest of the island. This means that you have to pay to go almost anywhere. 2) If you go during the rainy season(March-September) there will be very few days that they will allow you to swim in the ocean. We were there for 5 days, and only got to swim 1 day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort.

Beautiful beach front resort which actually looked just like the photos. Great ocean view from the room with a balcony. Everything was very clean and seemed new. The staff were kind and professional. This is a paradise not a hotel. There are only good and great things to talk about this place. The best resort in Phu Qouc Island by far. Every staff is courteous, energetic and customer focused. Lavish pools and stunning beach. Hotel rooms are immaculate. Room service is top notch. Breakfast is awesome and a food marathon with zillion of specialties. Food haven. Child friendly to the best. They have a great kids club. Free shuttles from airport to hotel. Reserve it in advance.Free shuttles to the Grand World Market. Chef Vincent and Chef Tung very accommodating and will make you feel special with mouth watering dishes we being vegetarian. VY and Vivivian at the dinner check out were amazing with great customer service and details. Queen helped our 7 year old daughter all during the stay and were very caring. There is a DJ playing your favorite tracks in the evening at the beach and also nice soothing music at dinner. We had dinner and breakfast always the hotel as it great value for money and quality which is top notch. Overall a great experience and something to remember for rest of our life.

Beautiful new property with spacious rooms. Bathroom is super fantastic. Food was the best as we tried many places in the 2 weeks spent in Phu Quoc. Beach Front Restaurant has great atmosphere and the staff, specially Ms. LAN was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

View from the hotel is stunning. The hotel is okay. The hotel architecture inside is like hall way, but the employees are very nice. The room was dirty so I asked them to change the room, they did and when I asked for an extra blanket the blanket had a hole. To the family who is going to stay in this hotel special have a kid when you go to the kids play room. The staff will ask kids to draw color for free and then when you are busy on your own they will suddenly without parents permission they will ask kids Choose any kind of doll then after that ask us to pay an extra money. This is supposed to first ask the parents before they let them do it. This needs to be investigated. Swimming pool water is so dirty. I don't know how many days they didn't clean the water. My daughter got sick because of the pool water. Very terrible.. We have to go to an emergency. We were supposed to check out on Sunday, but we checked out on Friday early in the morning. Stay at another hotel.

Good option if you like peace!

The hotel is sat on really nice grounds, right on a really nice, clean beach, the pool is fantastic. We stayed in the two-bed villa which was incredible and really spacious with two private pools, right on the beach. The staff were generally friendly and the chef had created a special vegetarian menu for us, which was really appreciated. The hotel only had one restaurant operational at any given time, this was a shame, given the size of the hotel and no other restaurants within walking distance. They should definitely have three or four restaurants with different themes/cuisines. Service was also quite slow if the food was not pre-booked. We were also charged USD 80/night for a camp bed which was too high. All in all a fantastic hotel, in the north of Phu Quoc (so near Vinwonders) but far from everything else so great for a quiet break with family.
