The internet was good, bed was comfortable. hotel tried to resolve an issue with the safe in my room, ultimately moving me to a different room with a working safe (which was right next door).

The entire staff of this hotel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I especially want to commend the three women preparing and serving breakfast! Each morning, I looked forward to their smiles and conversations! I felt welcomed and appreciated! The rooftop pool was a great surprise as it offered lovely views of the city.
