We have always enjoyed our stay at Baymont in Gatlinburg, TN! The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The river view from the balcony is beautiful and peaceful. The river balcony was the main attraction. Good location spot with free trolly to Gatlinburg downtown. Room is clean but we did see one cockroach in the bathroom when we check in. Even thought they renovated the room but the building itself is still old. Staff member are unfriendly.
