Far from Dresden central station. Taxi from Dresden train station to hotel is €30. We decided to take the tram after check out. We're lucky people walking around showed us the way to tram station. Nice hotel but there's no ac.

Carefully check the hotel location when booking

The staff at Achat Hotel, Brunner Street in Dresden were most supportive in helping me navigate the city. The Hotels.com site was a bit confusing and I booked into this hotel instead of the Achat Hotel closer to the central train station, where I thought I had booked. Transportation was incovenient to and from center city, but the location was nicer.

Very good and cosy hotel! Nice and clean room, equipped with everything you could need. Two things that could be improved: please, change the pillows, they are terrible; and also don't charge for the coffee in the room - it is indeed bad practice. Everything else ir perfect and I would recommend this hotel for everyone, who does not need to stay in the center of Dresden.

My stay was overall nice. Positives: The room is clean. The reception Staff are amazing, they are fast and helped with my request quickly. The Bed is comfortable and the room is cozy. Negatives: There was a road construction in front of the Hotel with no parking places and the hotel parking was expensive as an option. There was no fridge in room unfortunately although there was a place were it should be there. Solutions for the negatives are possible in my opinion to make this an even nicer Hotel.

Der Aufenthalt war ok. Leitungswasser zu heiß - kam dampfend aus der Leitung. Kistenlose Parkplätze an der Straße waren früh immer frei. Zum Shoppen und Sightseeing würden wir allerdings wieder in der Altstadt von Dresden übernachten. War zentraler und günstiger.

Rezeption etwas unorganisiert. Ich hatte drei Zimmer gebucht, bei Anreise waren nur zwei Zimmer angemeldet. Wurde aber schnell behoben. Zimmer sind ok. Bar ust mehr wie Aufenthaltsraum, Bedienung macht Rezeption mit.

Gutes Komforthotel

Gutes Komforthotel mit gutem Restaurant. Zusätzlich zur Beschreibung gab es in den Zimmern noch einen sehr leisen Minikühlschrank, leider aber nur ein leistungsschwaches WLAN. Und das Hotel liegt auch keineswegs am Elbufer, sondern ca. 10 - 15 Gehminuten davon entfernt.

Der Check in war unkompliziert und freundlich.Wir waren an der Rezeption verpflichtet uns für die Frühstückszeit am nächsten Tag festzulegen, dieses ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel gab es leider einige Mängel: Schlichte Zimmer, mit Duschvorhang im Bad und nicht hygienisch reinen Fugen.Leere Hygieneartikel im Bad wurden nicht selbständig nachgefüllt auch auf Ansprache. Die Bar im Hotel war nicht besetzt, und auch nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurden wir ignoriert.Öffnung der Bar eigentlich 18h- 2 Uhr. Qualität des Frühstück im Souterrain war gut. Kaffee kam aus dem Thermoskannenspender.
