The staff were nice. The room we goot looked like it needed updating. The bed was comfortable but they did not have pillowcases on them which i thought was a little funky. Had to use a towel over the pillow. Aside from that, i slept comfortably and for the 1 night i was there, the room setved it's purpose which was yo sleep and shower there then went along my way.

Would stay again

For the price and location it was a great place to stay for a night. The front desk agents were friendly and eager to help!

The best part of that motel is the front desk ladies. They truly understand the hospitality concept: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. If someone has back problems, do not stay at this place. The mattress is so soft you feel like you're in cocoon. Youll end up in a lot of pain next morning. Also, could be a cleaner place.

2/10 Poor

The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. The rest of the room...not so much

Price is cheep. Staff were nice.
Tamami, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I did appreciate that the staff alowed me to look at the room before accepting it. The room I first looked at looked like they did not change the sheets. There was hair on them and a hand sized stain. I almost didn't notice, because it was dark in the room the lights were so dim. The staff alowed me to check another room, which was better.

Never again

Disappointed with condition of room. No service offered. Noise from other rooms. The check in staff was very nice.
Chris, 5-night trip

8/10 Very good

Not great, but not horrible

I needed a cheap place to stay and it fit the bill. They sold snacks at the counter, which was nice. So I bought some popcorn and popped it in my room. The room included a frig and microwave. I had an issue with the TV and both front desk people came to help. Very nice people!

Very dirty. Bed linen, sheet were dirty. Roaches. Checked out asap and got a refund. But customer service was good.

Lower your expectations

The pictures must have been when everything was new. Our room had broken furniture, no towel racks, no facial tissue, two colors of dirty paint with exposed drywall mud. There was much dust on top of surfaces like the refrigerator. I guess you get what you pay for during spring training in Phoenix. The staff were friendly.
Anthony, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

You get what you pay for.

The motel was run down and needed some work. The staff was very friendly and were exceedingly friendly. The room was ok but the bathroom bathtub had mold and some kind of insects in the towells that were left. The showers hot water was great and the toliet was clean and worked. The area was near the interstate so a bit noisey and the area had a few homeless people hanging around. Not a place for families but a one night stay passing thru not bad. You get what you pay for and this was the cheapest motel in the area.
2-night trip

2/10 Poor

The woman who checked me in was very polite. Upon entering the room I put my stuff down and took a shower. My kids dad hooked up their game stick to the tv and immediately seen a cockroach. We played some games and laid down. Tried to sleep on the awful beds with springs. Around 4 am the ceiling started pouring water. We were offered another room but with two kids ages 5 and 8 we chose to deal with it. I dont feel i should be charged $100 plus for a room in such poor condition.
Amanda, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly as any of the front desk ladies always ( been here before ) are upon my arrival. I appreciated the lady whom checked me in, allowed me to have a voice / option for the room & wheeere it was on the property, I chose in the back past the pool in #245, it is away from traffic coming in & out and the I17 that’s right next to this property, really it’s a convenient thing being right off the acces road, to get off and not have to go in a big circle to get where I am going, HOWEVER it’s the only thing I BARELY dislike , the highway is right there so if ur room is near the office, oh almost hear as cars will pull-in& out& around all times of the day! So I really appreciated her giving me that final say! I felt welcomed and cared for . I cannot recall the woman’s name that check me in around 4:30apm on a Wednesday May 21st, 2025!! You are an angelic person !! thank you all for everything you do! Your Love and patience always will yo a very long waaay..: just know THiS pretty please! U guys have come so far since the renovation and showing up everyday soooo so can check in simply and efficiently!
STEPHANIE, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The staff was great, and the room wasn’t too bad. The beds were clean, and the floors were nice. The fridge/freezer was bigger than I expected, which was helpful. If you’re going to stay for awhile, then you should bring a broom, because the floors get dirt tracked in. The ceiling in the room was not clean. You can tell that the maids cleaned the bathroom with the door open, because behind the bathroom door was not cleaned after the last people stayed (plunger marks on the back of the door, and things smeared on the wall). Also, there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we had to buy our own. Of course, you don’t see these things when you first look. The shower was not good-It definitely needs a new shower head. I didn’t expect anything amazing for the price, but a cleaner room would have been nice.
