The stay was OK until i woke up itching and having red bumps over my body. I was itching all night. My back is eating up the most. I'm pretty sure it's bed bugs. The room I booked for our annual stay at this Townewood Suite was not available upon our arrival. Thank goodness you have a wonderful young lady named Shayla on staff who worked above and beyond to find a room close to the one I had booked in advance. (Apologies if I misspelled her name), but she was the best thing about our stay. The juice machine was broken for both days of our stay. Not acceptable! The hotel in general needs more attention to cleanliness and upkeep of the physical part of the property. It is starting to feel rundown and tired.

Jessica was amazing and super helpful with a great personality. Rooms were nice and really clean. To be clear this review is for the Courtyard by Marriott Lake Jackson. TownePlace Suites overbooked and could not keep my reservation but Hotels.com did an wonderful job of make the change and booking me a new upgraded hotel with no additional cost. Thank you Hotels.com
