We ended up booking that afternoon when we had a threatening incident at the cabin we were renting. I was very shaken. But the desk clerk was very, very welcoming. We had trouble at check in. The front desk [grant] was very un professional/not very helpful. And At the pool, my 12 yo daughter was bothered by a drunk/unwell person, called her dumb and also called my sister a child rapist for no reason. And when we reported it to the hotel attendant [Grant]he basically told us that we are lying and we should deal with it ourselves. So strange. My family travels a lot but we will not stay here at Holiday inn and express in Lancaster. OH.

Great spot! The greeting at 9:30pm was wonderful! The lady at the front desk was wonderful, helpful and even offered a few fruits for the kids knowing we had been on the road all day. They offered a breakfast. They had cheese omelettes, egg white omelettes, fresh fruits, sausage, turkey sausage, pancakes etc. it was a great selection! Even fresh ground coffee. Facilities were very clean!
