Check in was offered to us earlier which was fantastic with no extra fee, the room we had was for three people but had space for 5 so the rooms were so spacious - the only down was that on our last day, despite our check out being 12pm a member of staff knocked on the door and walked in to our room at 9:30am without waiting for a reply, our do not disturb sign was also on the door - apart from that, everything was great.

We stayed at this hotel for nearby Olympic's events and it was clear several countries support team's had as well which made for a nice atmosphere. Stayed here as a family of 4 with two young girls. Overall had an excellent stay. It’s a 30s walk to the nearest metro which connected to other lines. Had no issues navigating that. When we there we discovered there was a big indoor food market just behind the hotel which was excellent, we all really enjoyed that. Staff were always pleasant the breakfast was decent (typical continental with meats, cheese, cereals and pastries etc). Loved the vibe of the hotel and rooms were great. Only slight negative was there was a games room advertised but when we went down the equipment was missing to play anything and of the games arcade machines appeared to be broken.
