The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can report was the cleanliness of the room. There were cobwebs hanging on the wall and the carpeting had a huge stain at the entrance, as well as stains on the couch and extra blanket.

The woman who helped check us in was AMAZING! She was so kind to my family she put together extra bedding for my kids she joked around with all of us she just made our first impression of your hotel awesome. The place is very clean and the staff is kind. Its a beautiful hotel. My only issue was the bed. It was uncomfortable, small, and it felt like I was on a water bed anytime we rolled over. The whole thing moved.
