A estadia, cortesia, conforto e localização são muito bons, mas pecaram na recepção quanto a entrega do carro. Agendei antes do café pelo menos 30 minutos antes. Menos mal que, como o trânsito estava bom, cheganos a tempo no local de nosso conpromisso.

Permitiram que eu entrasse no quarto às 10:00 da manhã sem precisar pagar nada. Difícil um hotel que tenha essa consideração com hóspedes que chegam cedo nas viagens. Só isto já vale 5 estrelas! O atendimento também foi algo muito bom, principalmente da moça que fica na recepção de manhã e do Sr. que cuida do café da manhã, que por sinal é excelente. O box do banheiro é apertado, porém, a ducha é boa. A cama é bastante confortável e tudo parecia bem limpo. Em resumo, uma das melhores opções custo/benefício.

O quarto é bom, chuveiro muito gostoso. Porém, a cama e os travesseiros deixam a desejar. Há uma lâmpada, que quando desligada, fica piscando. Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom, são cordiais.

Excelente. Quarto de solteiro, com cama confortável, roupa de cama, os dois travesseiros bons, um cobertor. Banheiro, chuveiro excelente, não testei secador de cabelo. Tudo bem limpo. Tem mesa, cadeira, várias tomadas. Café da manhã excelente, completo. Elevadores bons. Hall de entrada confortável e atendimento excelente. Pontos negativos: TV com canais básicos e com imagem razoável e o ar condicionado ficava perdendo a força durante a noite, mas nada que tenha causado desconforto algum.
