Great hotel

My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay. The hotel was spotless. The staff at reception were so friendly and professional. We booked a Deluxe room which was fantastic and absolutely spotless. We ate at the hotel for 2 nights and found the food and service excellent. The breakfast was equally as good.. the hotel is situated 2 mins from main shopping . The other night we ate in a pub called Knox's. .Staff were super and food also. Lovely Hotel and great spot for turning.

Lovely hotel, seemed to cater for everyone, from couples on a short stay to wedding parties. Very comfortable hotel in a very convenient location for Ennis town centre and the surrounding area. Nice entrance and reception, nice lounges and bar and the breakfast was huge and sets you up for the day. Free parking directly outside. Would recommend and will return.

All staff were friendly, professional and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. It is also the perfect location to explore Ennis. Room was clean and comfortable. Can’t think of anything that could have been better.

Central hotel.

The hotel is very central to the town but lacking atmosphere. The executive room was very basic and bland so not worth the extra money you pay for it. The room was also very stuffy but if you opened the window you had to put up with the noise of the buses outside at the bus stop for most of the night. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were very friendly. Overall a little disappointed with our stay.

Very friendly staff. We arrived early morning after an overnight flight. They were kind enough to find an available room and let us check-in by 9:30 for a much needed nap. Comfortable rooms, great location. Only downside is that the bathtubs are high sided making it a bit tricky to get in and out of for a shower.

Wonderful Hotel, Great Service

The staff were incredibly kind and assisted me with the local bus and train timings, even flagging that bus fare is cash-only and they broke my large bill. Top notch service from everyone that I interacted with at the hotel. It was very humid and although there is no a/c, my room had a fan. The bed was very comfortable and it was one of the most spacious rooms I stayed in Scotland. The bathroom was extremely clean. The pub is great and has live musicians playing traditional music. Highly recommend staying here!
